Chapmanslade Primary School sponsors a child's education in South Sudan.

For many years, Chapmanslade School have sponsored a pupil's education in the county of Juba, South Sudan.

Currently, we sponsor Salma, who is 8 years old. 

Working with our local clergy, we receive updates on Salma's education and also about school life in Juba. There is always a buzz in school when we receive an update from Juba - our pupils are eager to discover more about how different school life is in Juba. It is also always a wonderful opportunity for us to reflect together about how lucky we are, and be grateful for all that we have.

Our local clergy also work with Meridi in South Sudan with local churches and other schools. Recently, Redwood class hosted a visit from Bishop Moses and his wife, Mama Rejoice - you can find more about this in our news article.
