Blossom & Willow Class Visit Bath City Farm

Blossom & Willow Classes had great fun on their school trip to Bath City Farm!

Reception pupils took part in an 'Oink Baa Moo' session: a tour to feed the animals their breakfast.; visiting all of the animals on the main site and feeding them! This was followed by lots of play, some bug hunting and visiting the chickens!

Years 1 and 2 took part in the 'Who Eats What?!' session: discussing herbivores, carnivores and omnivores and looking at some skulls to show how the teeth and eyes are different in herbivores and omnivores. This was followed by an animal tour, where pupils had to try to identify if the animals were herbivores or omnivores by looking at their eyes and teeth. Finishing up with the opportunity to feed the animals!

We had great fun!
